The Nordicware 56737 Pro Form Sweetheart Rose Pan is made of commercial weight formed metal. It is warp free and rust proof. A hardcoat premium non-stick finish is specially formulated to work best with sugars and starches, it ensures easy release and cleanup. This pan produces 12 perfect rosebuds. Can also be used to mold gelatins and frozen desserts.
