The SIMAX round gourmet crystal double boiler is the most unique item in the casserole line. Manufactured from heat resistant glass, the container is blown into a deep shape that allows one pot to fit onto the other. Great for melting chocolates. They can be used as individual pots for spaghetti, rice and other food preparation in a pot size bowls. Only the SIMAX gourmet casserole dishes offer a variety of cooking options including gas or electric stoves, microwave or oven. No other company manufactures a glass container that has the convenience of a pot or pan in strong lightweight heat resistant glass.
The SIMAX gourmet round casseroles have integral handles that stay cool to the touch. The clear glass pot with glass lid lets you see the entire cooking process. It includes plastic lids for airtight storage in the refrigerator. SIMAX glass is easy to clean in the dishwasher or by hand and will stay new looking.<
