Once the browning is done the deep dish casserole has a tight lid to help distribute the heat all around a roast or stew. The handles are ergonomically improved and slightly curved lids drain condensation to offer a view of the food. casseroles can be baked in the borosilicate glass dish, whisked out of the oven and placed directly on the table.
