Our store is located in Monsey New York, where we have been serving the community for many years.
In the last few years we've extended our services to the web audience through this website.
We are constantly adding more and more of the products we carry to our online catalog.
However, we have many more items in our store then we have on our website, therefore,

We have thousands of items
in stock; ready to be shipped on the day you place your order.
We do not sell any used
or refurbished products. All products that we sell are brand new.

the Atrium Plaza, 401 West Route 59. (Off the New York State Thruway and Garden

RETURNS:
Your complete
satisfaction is our commitment to you. If the item is defective, damaged, or you
are unhappy with the selection, within 30 days of receiving your order, contact
us to obtain return authorization. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization. Our customer
service hours are Sunday through Thursday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (est.) Friday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (est).
We will gladly accept returns, as long as the product is in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your product and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will
reimburse the total purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Your email address
and personal data are all safe with us. We do not sell, share, or distribute
your information to anyone at all.
Your credit card
number is protected by SSL encryption and cannot be accessed by anyone other
than our authorized staff.
We will always be
honest and professional with you.
Our store is open
Sunday thru Friday to enable us to process your orders immediately.
We strive to carry
only the best housewares products available and our prices are very reasonable.
We do not charge sales tax other than orders shipped to New York, where we
reside.
OUT
OF STOCK ITEMS:
In the event an item
(s) is out of stock, we will email you with the anticipated date we expect to
receive the merchandise. You can then decide to hold the order in place or you
can cancel the order. Should you decide to hold the order in place, we will
email you when the product arrives here; that way, you know it will be coming to
you shortly. If several items are purchased, and one or more are not in stock,
we will notify you and you can decide to 1) have the items in stock shipped
immediately and the others sent when they come in.
2) hold the order and ship when it is complete; or 3) ship the item in
stock and cancel the item(s) out of stock.
WARRANTIES:
Warranties vary by
manufacturer. Most appliance manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty on their
products. Cuisinart is an exception as they do offer from 3-5 years on some
kitchen appliances. Our cookware manufacturers all offer conditional or
unconditional lifetime warranties on their products. The rest of the kitchenware
lines we represent do not specifically offer a warranty, but they work closely
with us to fix problems and we work closely with you to resolve the problem or
concern.
MIKVAH ON PREMISES:
For those who request it, we will also see to it that
your glass and metal items are immersed (toiveled) in our Kosher
